Some celebrities have admitted to using dieting supplements when they are feeling specifically overweight or have a big event coming up. They usually spend lots of money getting the highest quality supplement. The way weight-loss supplements work is that they contain a lot of fiber, making you feel really full, even when you haven’t eaten. Weight loss supplements are not particularly beneficial for people who cannot afford a nutritionist or a very high-quality product. They can also be detrimental to your health. Bad-quality weight loss supplements do not contain all of the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs to function.

Plus, eating only apples is guaranteed to help you lose weight.

Fluid Intake

Before big events, celebs have been known to increase their fluid intake to loss weight quickly. They do this to boost their metabolic rate, with 500ml of water boosting metabolism by 30%. They also drink 500ml of water before every meal. This helps them to not overindulge on food due to their stomach feeling full from the water. Another odd thing for celebrity weight loss is to eat a lot of almonds. Almonds contain amino acids that increase the metabolism. They are also high in carbohydrates, meaning that they fill your stomach for a long time.

Cutting down on salt-intake, or completely avoiding it all together is another celeb-certified tactic to help lose weight quickly. Salt holds water weight, which is a problem when coupled with excess fluid intake for weight loss, so essentially salt needs to be pretty much avoided all-together.

He tells them to get at least 10,000 to 12,000 steps in a day, with the goal to burn as many calories as possible within a day. He also puts them on a no-sugar and highly-limited carb diet. All of which he can monitor from his computer, meaning that his clients are under strict guidelines.

Is It Worth It?

Due to celebrity’s constant attention and constant time in the limelight, it’s not surprising the length’s they will go to. They will use almost any weight loss technique and plan to lose weight fast and will happily spend the money to get it. While some quick weight loss techniques are healthy and appropriate, others seem hardly worth it and a healthy diet and an increase in exercise will get you to where you want to be in no time. Although some methods of celebrity weight loss are worthwhile taking on, it is important to remember that everyone has a different understanding on the perfect weight and the perfect figure. You have to ask yourself, is it worth starving yourself with nothing but apples or watercress soup?
